Products will be shipped by U.P.S. or a common carrier for delivery to your area in Canada and United States. 

The carriers  are insured for your protection and will deliver in 2 to 5 business days under normal weather conditions.

Most carriers require a signature for receipt of parcels.  Please check product upon receipt and keep the original container and packing. If there is damage, please see "Return Policy" for full details.

If for any reason the product is returned, it must be repacked as originally received, and returned in the original  container to receive credit for the returned item(s). See "Return Policy" for details.

Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
